Thanks for the reply but I don't think we have any common ancestors here. Your Montanna Gold mine did not ring a bell nor did the name Jeramiah.My grandmother was a Ryan.The daughter of James.I found it unusual that of all of the Ryan clan in Chicago that my father had a Harriet Ryan for a Godparent. There was no other Ryan, and believe me there were many, with the name Harriet among the Ryan relation. Perhaps the male god parent S.J. Klares would provide a clue.
