Okay, there is at least half a chance we tie in somehow. Here is what I have:
Lincoln and Frank Ryan were brothers, and sons of a Ryan (Given name, unknown) and Martha (Cooper) Ryan. Unfortunately, that is where the trail gets cold and I have no information on the two brothers, Frank and Lincoln, other than their parents. My information extends in the other direction.
I know that this was Martha's second marriage, and that the first was to a Munger (first name also unknown). Lincoln and Frank's mother, Martha, died in January, 1894, and her life is a bit of an emigma. Her parents, in turn, were David and Martha (Hinkle) Cooper. I do have information on her sisters and brothers, though. That's where all those additional surnames I mentioned come in.
You commented on Swartz: Mine was William Z. Swartz, who married (Martha's sister) Elizabeth Cooper, and later became mayor of Sioux City, Iowa.
My Rice surname refers to William C. Rice, son of Charles and Catherine Rice. William was born in Williamsport, PA, and married Margaret Jane Cooper. He died in 1892 and he and Margaret are buried at Wooster, OH. He had owned a farm near Wooster, of 170 acres. They had three children (named in his will): Adia (Witherow); Julian T. Rice (1852-1880), born in Wooster, OH, and died in Colorado; and Charles Rice, on whom we have no information.
My Wise surname tie-in was W. M. Wise, who married Nancy Ann Cooper, and settled in the Wellington Kansas area. He died in 1905 and she died in 1909, and they are buried in Wellington, KS. She lived for a time, it seems, in Newton, probably after he husband died. Unfortunately, all indications are that they had no children.
Her other siblings who wound up in KS include sister, Lucinda (Cooper) Ritter, who had no other clear connection with Ryan; and two Cooper brothers, John and Samuel.
It is the longest of long shot for us to have a connection, but if so, that's great!
