I generally don't recommend this approach, but you have a choice of waiting until Co. Clare rcds have been digitized, or commission a search at:
Co. Clare offers a commissoned research service only. For further information contact clareheritage@eircom.net. You may want to visit its offices and see samples of their work.
Get a written agreement upon the search scope and fees beforehand. Most feedback I have seen on commissioned searches is that they either find nothing, or give generalities.
