Anton and Anna Catherine (Niessen) Rutt

I would like to find information about the family of my great great grandpa Mathias Rutt born Nov. 11, 1841 in Vussem, Germany. He was the son of Johann and Mary Anna (Steffens) Rutt. He was one of 11 children that I know of: 1. Mary Anna b/June 20, 1837 d/1841 2. Margaretha b/April 17, 1839 d/1848 3. Matthias b/11/11/1841 m/1871 Ohio(US) to Philomena Thole [he came to the US alone in 1869 - but later some family moved also to Cinn. Ohio] 4. Wilhelm b/Nov. 11, 1843 5. Peter Joseph b/Aug. 16, 1846 6. Johann b/ Jan. 24, 1849, 7. Werner b/Ayg. 15, 1850 d/ 1860 8. Werner Joseph b/ Jan. 6,1853 d/feb 1853 (twins) 9. Johann b/Jan.6,1853 d/ march 1853 10. Anna Maria b/ May 26, 1854 11. Johann b/Nov. 28, 1856 Vussem, Rhineland, Prussia Germany.

Mattias's father Johann Rutt was born Jan. 5, 1810 Germany, the son of Anton Rutt b/1769 Vussem Germany and Anna C. Nissan. [married 1800] Anton Rutt {son of Jean Johann and Elizabeth (Muller) Rutt} and Anna Catherine Rutt, were the parents of 6 children that I know of: 1. Anna Catherine (Esihweiler / Vogelburg) b/1802 2. Mary Anna (Vogelburg) b/1804 3. Matieu b/1807 4. Jean Johann b/1810 m/ Mary Anna Steffens 5. Wernerus b/ 186- m/ Christine Sistig 6. Jehul b/ d/1811
