And you are very welcome for the Deed Record.
One thing to remember in those early "Courthouse Documents" is that the term "Junior" did not automatically mean "Son Of" as Robert Retterford, Sr., and Robert Retterford, Jr., but rather someone with the same name who was either "Older" or "Younger" - so one must be very careful not to jump to conclusions in that matter.
And yes, you are very right concerning another mention of a Robert Rutherford and a Robert Rutherford, Jr., i. e.,

CONCLUSION:The three Deeds Clearly Establish the Robert RUDDIFORD, with Wife MARGARETT who bought and sold the land on the "South side of Rappae River in the FORREST:
"Is One and the same Gentleman" and he is "Deceased by the 20th day of March 1721."
