Well, I had not intended on mass publication of it. Since you are such a dear friend I will of course send you a copy. As for the copyright thing, that is because there are some people who would have the brass to publish it in their name and claim they researched its contents and even change things to suit their purpose if for nothing else to imply that it is not the same style as I am using. Many of the documents I have are where William Kenneth said they were and while I have obtained copies they are not being included in the library version, only where and when they were obtained is being footnoted. You will get a full copy of the docuuments since I trust you without reservations. I've had to do the footwork and I expect most others to do so as well with a few exceptions.
For those who are connected to Julius and Rhoda Rutherford, much of the info is easy to obtain through local courthouses or local genealogical societes such as the Wythe Co Va chapter where some of the things on William Sr and his family were obtained. Going back from that point is a bit harder since he had lived, William Sr., in a number of counties. I still am waiting for a marriage record to be found on William Sr. It has been suggested he was married by a traveling minister of the time and it was never recorded. I am hoping to locate a family Bible from a decendent if that is the case.
