I had replied to Vincent's request earlier about our grandfather and grandmother from Abbevile, GA. John Thomas Russom was born Nov. 29, 1866 in Hartsville, Ga. His father was William Russom who was born in Franklin County GA. His mother was Polly Phillips also from Franklin County. He passed away April 21, 1936. His wife was Emma Jane Teats who was born in Royalston, GA February 5, 1865. Her father was Newton Teats born in Royalston, GA. Her mother was Lousia McCollum also from Royalson, GA. She passed away February 14, 1935. Both John Thomas and Emma Jane are buried in Stubbs cemetery in Abbeville. The information on the death certificates was given by Lil Harrell and Jesse Russom. Their daughter and son. This corrects the previous info given to this reply.
