Hi All,

My name is Lorilyn Lachman. I am trying to find information on my great-grandparents. Through one site I was told that they were close friends to the royal family. I am not sure which royal family.

My g-grandfather's name was Lazar M. Lachman medical doctor who worked on the circuit train as a physcian.
My g-grandmother's name was Vera Caplanov, and she may have worked as a hair-stylist, or a barber.
Together we think they have between 16 and 19 children.

Vera and Lazar had two children that we know about:
Maurice Lazar Lachman Maurice may have a different first name, and Abram Lazar Lachman.

Maurice was born in 1890 and Abram was born in 1892 in Smolensk I believe.

My great-grandfather, Dr. Lazar Lachman may have been the doctor who mixed the poison to kill Rasputin. Lazar may have been born around the time of the last Tsar.

If anyone has ANY information that you might provide me with, please let me know. My cousin and I will be very grateful.

Sincerely,
Lorilyn
