I am looking for information on Johann (or perhaps John) FISCHER. He was born 19 Sep 1886 in Guldendorf, South Russia, the son of Friedrich Fischer and Christina (Pfeifer) Fischer. He came to the US in 1907. He told US immigration that his destination in the US was Linton, ND. I have not been able to locate him in North Dakota, however, and am wondering if anyone knows anything about this man. Any information would really help a lot. Thanks. - Ron Pfeifer serdz2005@msn.com
