I did the easiest step I could do for you - checked Russian Internet and here what I found.
Ouchterlony in Russian sounds like Okhterlon (Okhterlone), there is even page in wiki about one of them on Russian (,_%D0%90%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%81%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%B4%D1%80_%D0%90%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BA%D1%81%D0%B0%D0%BD%D0%B4%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%87)

Here is translation of another page on Russian (
Okhterlone Alexandr (Romanovitch (it's a patronomic name, probably was transformed from Robert), son of Robert Okhterlone from Scotland.

On the basis of working Seante decree of 12th of October 1747 He recieved a featly for Russia on 25th of April 1831.

Польский знак отличия за военные достоинства 4 степени

- Alexandr b 1830 (he was father of Olga Alexandrovna (means daughter of Alexandr) Okhterlone who married great Russian writer Ivan Shmelev)
- Natalia b 1831
- Ivan b 1832

Died 30 of October 1860, was buried on Vagankovskoye cemetry in Moscow (the grave was not remained) (here I think that mixed two Okhterlones - father and son with names Alexandr, you will see then why)

Here is translation from another site:
Alexandr Alexandrovich (son of Alexandr) Okhterlone Александр ((french) Alexander d'Ochterlone; ? — 30 of October (11 of November (new style)) 1860, — hero of Sevastopol defence, general.
