I have no idea what your pin numbers refer to.

Though there are a variety of Karl... places in the Odessa region of Russia (today Ukraine), there are none named Karlsen. Col = Kolonie and is attached to many village names. Alexejewka / Aleksejewka is known to be the name for 2 different villages there. See http://odessa3.org/collections/refs/link/villhelp.txt

I would suggest you contact the Germans From Russia Heritage Society for further help. If you go to this page on their website http://grhs.org/research/surname/surname.html and click on the "Surname Exchange List", you will find that at least 6 people are researching the Geis / Geiss surname. This family is listed as being Catholic so you will find that research is a bit more difficult than for Lutherans who also lived in those regions.

Hafman does not appear to be a legitimate surname. It is more likely to be Hoffmann or similar.

Jerry
