Saratov Town Council Russian POW's Aid Committee

I have a letter written in Russian, dated 15 July 1916, concerning 12 POW's in Austria and Germany. All of whom are from Saratov. It would seem their families have deposited money so bread to the value of the roubles deposited, can be sent to them in their POW Camp. It seems to give name of prisoner, regiment, address of camp, name of donor, address of donor, amount of donation and how it is to be dispersed. Not being a Russian speaker or reader, my knowledge of the content is limited; but somebody out there might be looking for these men. For clarity of communication it would be necessary to scan all the pages. It is not clear to me how I could post them on this forum, so direct communication may be necessary.
