hello listers,
I descend from Martin Dyar, b. 7 Jul 1808 GA, d. 28 June, 1872 Oconee Co., SC m. Rhoda Russell/Russel, b. 20 Jul 1806, Pickens, co., SC, d. 30 Aug. 1889, Oconee Co., SC

I need proof for the DAR that he was in fact the son of Elisha Dyar, b. 6 May, 1763 near the great fall of the Potomac, d. 1846 and Malvina Wheeler, b. 22 Jan 1760, d. 1820.

If he wasn't the son of Elisha and Malvina, then who were his parents????
