Hi Georgine,
I have 2 Jacobs in my tree; Jacob Sr & Jr. Jacob Sr. owned "Ruppert Knickerbocker Beer" and after he died, his son took over the brewery and he was also the owner of the NY Yankees from 1913 - 1939. I'm am told that Jr. was a cousin to my G-grandfather, William Ruppert. I have been mad aware that there is another cousin named Charles Ruppert. As for my G-grandfather, William Ruppert, I have no information on whether he had any brothers or sisters or who his parents were. I have an uncle that I'm trying to get a hold of, he apparently knows quite a bit on the "Ruppert" family. I would appreciate if you could email me the names in your family. I seem to get names from people here and there, and sometimes I have been able to match up. You never know. Thanks for your response. I hope to hear from you soon too.
