My grandfather was Martin Ruoff born in 1837 to John & Ursula [Leisht] Ruoff. Martin migrated from Wueerrtenburg, Germany in 1854. First was in NY, then Penn, on to Lenawee County, MI in 1871. Martin had other siblings, possiblly 7. However, I don't know how many migrated. Perhaps a connection. John & Ursula Ruoff remained in Germany & died before 1892. I have a birth date for John as 1792 [?].
