Dear Sir:

My name is Linda Lee I live in Tulsa,Ok and Vincent is in my line of people. The name of the ship he was on was called the "Phillip" The "Phillip" was commissioned to support Phillip Carteret. The newly appointed governor of East Jersey. and was reportedly named after him. It brought Carteret and a number of French craftsmen to Elizabethtown,East Jersy, on or about July 28,1665. I hope this helps you in your quest.

Sincerely
Linda Lee
Tulsa,Ok
