Bonnie,
My focus has been on the Runser families living prior to 1900. Since I do not have those family members you mention in my database, I can not provide you with the definitive information you seek.

However, the 1910 Federal Census for Ohio, Cuyahoga Co, Cleveland Twsp shows a William Runser, b NY age 34, with a son George age 10 also born NY. If this is your relation, then this William may be a grandson of Jean George Runser and Rosina Frey via their son, Jean George Runser, b ca 1830 in France. This Jean, aka John Runcer, shows in the 1880 Census as married to Lesetta. Some research on your part may show that this is the Elizabeth you mention.

Hope this helps.
Jerry Carter
