RUMSEY families in COLLINGBOURNE-DUCIS, Wiltshire

I've seen several websites that claim that the Rumsey families in colonial America originate from the parish of Collingbourne-Ducis, Wiltshire, England, but have never seen any documentation posted to support such claims. If anyone has examined the Bishop's transcripts (1605-1880) of the parish church of Collingbourne-Ducis, and can support these claims, would they kindly post them on GenForum so that research can be continued in that parish in the civil records. I'm particularly interested in the documentation on Symon Rumsey, b. ca. 1640--1660, who died in 1723 in Southhold, Suffolk Co., Long Island, NY, and his wife, Mary. Thanks!
