Looking for family of Clyde Thomas Rumph

My name is Kem Barlow. I am looking for information regarding my mother-in-law's father, Clyde Thomas Rumph. He was born in Columbia, SC in 1908 and he died in Columbia, SC in 1985. I know he is buried at Pizgah Methodist Cemetery (I believe that is the spelling). I do know that he was in the service in New York. There is where he received his SS#. His SS# was 093-24-9411. We know that he had a daughter in Indiana sometime in the 1940's. She is the one we are actually trying to find. My mother-in-law would love to establish some kind of a relationship with her half sister. If anyone has any information, please write me. Thank you!
