Hi Carol, I'm not sure if I'm related to any of these people, however, through the computer I have become acquainted with a Henry Rummins...same name as my Great, Great Grandfather. This particular Henry was born and lives in Scotland, however, his father Samuel Zachariah Rummins was born in Bristol, England in 1922. Samuel's father was named Sidney Rummins. My ancestors were also originally from Bristol, England, starting (at least as far back as I've gotten so far)with Samuel and Sarah Rummins, followed by Henry and Leah Rummins, John and Sarah Rummins (the first ones to come to America) John and Sarah had many children including my Grandfather Samuel. Now! Henry in Scotland and I are trying to find out if we are connected. The names I referred to in the last email are all in his family, however, many of the names also appear in my family. At one time Rummins was a fairly common name in England and a lot of the first names were the same, but not many have stayed there. It would be great if you could fill in some of the blank spots, but I won't hold my breath. Let me know....and thanks for your message. Susi
