My brother and I live in the Tacoma WA area. Our grandfather was Ernest Rulien. Our father was Ernest Andrew Rulien. I believe our great grandfather was Otto Rulien. They originaly came from Sweden and settled in or around Wisconsin and Minnesota. My brother Harvey is much more Knowledgable about the family than I. For the most part of my 43 years I thought we had a very unusual and very rarely heard of name but I am now just finding out that thier is quite a few of Ruliens out in the world. Steve Rulien
