I am searching my great grandmother PHOEBE ELIZABETH RUGG born around the 1850's in Fayette County, PA
My grandparents and my father are all deceased, there is no one left to ask. I am in my later years in life, and I would love to know more about her. I do not know much except she married my great grandfather John Fisher in Whiteside County, Illinois in January of 1873. So, I guess she must of been born sometime in the 1850's. I heard that she may of been born in 1857, but that has not been verified. Please can someone help me?
