Your family could be connected to the Rudisill brothers (Phillip, Weyrich and Johann) who came to America @ 1720-1730 and settled in southeastern PA. The family spelled its name Rudishule and Rudisili, also. They immigrated to America from Michelfeld, Germany, although the family's roots were in Switzerland.

I believe that other Rudisill family members came over in the 1740s-1750s period.
