this lady was married to Edwin Ruddock (b.1835 London) and lived in Reading, Berkshire, UK. they had several children and appear on the 1871 census, but she has disappeared by the 1881 census. Rumour has it she ran off with a neighbour to America and settled in California. her son, Rowland (b.1866 in Reading), emigrated to USA and lived in New York. anyone have any information on either of these people I would be interested to hear about them.
