Summary: Pursuant to the last Will and Testament of Josiah C. Rudderow, late of the Township of Chester, in the County of Burlington, and State of New Jersey, will be sold at public sale, on SECOND-DAY, the Fifteenth of 12th Month (December) next, on the premises, all that VALUABLE FARM, the late residence of said deceased, situate on the public road, leading from the Moorestown and Camden Turnpike to the Fork Landing, about 7 miles from Camden and 3 from Moorestown, containing 148 acres of Land, About 15 of which are wood land, 6 of stump land, 18 of meadow, and the remainder is a sandy loam of good quality, well adapted to raising grain, grass, and any kind of market produce, and is divided into fields of convenient size. The improvements are a good two-story FRAME DWELLING HOUSE, containing 12 rooms and a kitchen attached; a never-failing well of excellent water convenient thereto; 2 large barns, with cattle stabling, and wagon sheds adjoining; large two-story carriage and corn house, with cellar below, and ample granaries above; milk house over a cold never-failing spring; also meat house, wood shed, &c. There is on said Farm, convenient to the dwelling, 9 acres of apple orchard, of selected fruit in prime bearing order, with a variety of other fruit trees. This Farm is situated in a good neighborhood, convenient to Philadelphia Market and about a mile from a good Landing on Pensaukin(sic.) creek, with a soil suitable for raising both grain and vegetables, and is well worthy the attention of any person desiring to purchase. It will be sold altogether or in two parts, as may best suit. One-half of the purchase money may remain secured on the property. Sale to commence at 2 o'clock, P. M.
