New Madrid 1850-1860 Ruddle census

The 1850 New Madrid, Missouri census shows the family of William & Elizabeth Ruddle with children W.A., Albert, M.A., T.S, John, Althea, James, Jane and Stephen Henderson, laborer. Is this the only place William A. Ruddle husband of Jane Henderson & Harriet Marsh are is identified with the middle initial and parents?

Is the Jane listed here Jane Henderson, William A.'s first wife versus child of William & Elizabeth?

1860 New Madrid, MIssouri census for Elizabeth Ruddle has George, Stephen and Elizbeth Ruddle - none match the 1850 census. Is this a different Elizabeth Ruddle than the 1850 census?

I'm trying to find more documentation for William Ruddle b. 1830 in Missouri, only found 1870 census and named on daughter Etta's death certificate.
