Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

In the early 1800s my main line Ruddells were in Kentucky . In the mid 1700s they were in Chester Co. PA, and there connect to a huge cluster of German immigrants. Kuester, Strypers, and Keyser and Jonasson (Jones--a lead, perhaps?). These connections are strong in the Byrd family. I do think I remember seeing some AL migration. I am sure you will find a connection.

Send me an email, since you have yours hidden. janikarifley@yahoo.com and we can talk about it some more.

Janika
