My great grandmother was the daughter of Cornelius Ruddle Mick and Charlotte Rude Pyle Mick. The name Cornelius Ruddle is so unusual, I wondered if there is a connection somewhere. Do you have any idea who Corneluis Ruddle would be and how my gg grandfather got his name? Cornelius was the son of Charles Mick,Jr. born 1804 in Lebanon, Tenn. and Sarah Pankey born 1810 in Gallatin Co, Ill. Thank you.
