Hi Bill,
I took a quick look at the following site ...

and found a Eugene C. Kile (B-may 08, 1914) that could be the brother, but without more data there is no way to be sure. You may want to check out this website and see if anything matches Paul/Robert's data. Then look for a girl with similar data.
