I am trying to find information on an uncle of my exhusband's. We called him Uncle Jim and his wife's name was Rosie. He was the half brother of my father-in-law, William E Ruddell. We can't find any info on him in the family. We don't know if his father, Mearl Ralph Ruddell, married his mother or what. I think he was born in 1918 but not sure of that either. He lost part of his arm when he was a young child. He also had an adopted son whose name was Mark. I think he died in California as best I can find out. He and his wife lived in Oregon for a long time. Any info would be greatly appreciated, this is a mystery to almost everyone in the family.
