SUPPOSED GUERRILLA ARRESTED - A squad of 50 men of Company G, 2nd Calvary California Volunteers, under command of Captain ROPES, captured Charles G. RUDD, who is supposed to be a guerrilla. It is thought that a band of guerrillas has for some time past infested Mariposa, Fresno and Tulare counties. RUDD was arrested on Sunday last at Princeton, Mariposa county. The Company passed through this city yesterday on their way to Sacramento, where the prisoner will be tried by a military court.
