I am searching for information on my great grandmother Sarah Margaret RUCKER, b 7 Feb 1860 in OH; d 4/8/1951 in Madison County, IL; m(1) Jack Kailer (or Taylor) about 1877; m(2) Charles Nathan PIGG about 1892 in MO; he was b 1 Mar 1867 in IL; d 3 Aug 1913 in Gasconade County, MO.
I recently received a copy of Sarah's death certificate which lists her father as "Elzieathine" RUCKER and mother as Mary ARTHUR. The informant was her daughter Mary Tondre.
I have not found any information for "Elzieathine" Rucker. However, I did find a marriage record in Kanawha County, VA (or WV) that shows "Elzaphan" RUCKER md Mary ARTHUR 29 Feb 1844; I am trying to confirm whether "Elzieathine" and "Elzaphan" are one in the same and who his parents were. I am also searching for the parents of Mary ARTHUR.
