You are obviously a Rucker researcher with a great deal of information. I am wondering if you can jump forward in time to western Kentucky in the early 1800s to help me.
I found Jeremiah, John and James Rucker on Livingston County tax lists as early as 1809. Jeremiah had about 920 acres, James had about 620 acres and John had about 1400 acres - also slaves.
My interest is in James Rucker who reputedly married Vienie Hill (I have not seen evidence of this marriage). They reputedly had these children:
1. Jeremiah Rucker b. ca 1801
2. Milton Rucker b. ca 1803
3. Frances Rucker b. ca 1807
4. James Rucker b. ca 1807
5. John Rucker b. 1 June 1811; d. 4 Nov 1881
James Rucker's estate in Estill County, Kentucky was equally divided between his SEVEN living heirs. One of those was Cinderella (Rucker)Gray who was b. ca 1816. I imagine that she should also be on that list of children of James & Vienie.
Can you give me any information on James Rucker, father of Cinderella? Do you know where and when his marriage took place.
