I am not sure if this is a match or not. I have a Herman Rubert, but no details on Birth place and not an exact match on birthday. I have hit several dead ends and am not 100 percent sure of the dates I have, but sounds like a couple of names in common.
But here is what I have.

Father: Christopher Brown Rubert, August 06, 1829 Greenbush, Maine
Mother: Rebecca Clark, no birth but died February 18, 1905, Barron WI
