So then parents of Frances would be
Franciene Rhubart and Emma McLaughlin
Franciene is child of
William Rhubart 1836-1901
and Naomi Scull 1840-aft 1910
William was son of Joseph Rhubart 1789-aft 1860 and ???

My Rhubart line descends from a later marriage of Joseph Rhubart to Susannah McClain.

I do not know of any confederate related to this family,
or connection to the south before or during the Civil War
although I believe three of them were in Atlanta in 1890.
