Thanks for the tip. To date the flow has all been from Reunion to FTM and I believe I made the correct settings. What I get from the PC folks is that their machine just rejects the disk as readible (similar to what we'd get if we inserted an IBM formated disk in a MAC). Last attempt, whom I haven't heard from, I suggested they open the FTM application before they inserted the disk (rather than insert disk and then open application)to see if they got a different response.
