HOW do I get FTM info (from PC) to Reunion 8 (on Imac)?

I have FTM on my PC.
PC is going to die soon.
CD drives are gone.

Son bought me a new Imac! Eeeek!
Imac won't take FTM!

Installed Reunion 8 on Imac.

How can I get all info from my FTM (6 years research etc.) to Reunion 8, via email, without tossing either computer out of the window?

If I have to re-enter each bit of info about each person (thousands), I will go insane.

My computer experience is mainly Genealogy research, on line. ON a PC.

I need help, desperately!
My children don't understand why I don't just re-enter all the info.
