I tried to export some gedcom files from my Reunion program to my FTM program and FTM didn't recognize many of the files and consequently, a lot of the info didn't transfer. Some of the birth & death info didn't make it and FTM does not recognize the source material format and I wound up with 139 sources with the name "TITLE" in front of them; no numbers. Not "Source #1, Source #2, etc.
There are several features on each program that I like but neither of them have all of the ones I like.
Is it just me, or does everyone get mad when trying to move back & forth between children in FTM and the children's list has to be scrolled down every time you move back to the family page instead of staying where you were? Why doesn't FTM just list all of the children below the parents in a manner similar to Reunion?
