Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Your Generations program was originally put on the market by Leister
Productions as the PC equivalent of the Reunion for Macintosh program which
I use and they still make. Leister sold off Generations to Sierra some years
ago. Users of Reunion and Generations say that they are still very similar
even today so we should not have too much difficulty exchanging information.

THE ABOVE IS A MESSAGE FROM A RELATIVE WHO USES REUNION FOR THE MAC. I USE GENERATIONS 8.0 FOR THE PC. INFORMATION CAN BE SENT BETWEEN THE TWO EASILY USING GEDCOM FILES.
HASSLE FREE.
AS CAN BE SEEN ABOVE, GENERATIONS IS THE PC VERSION OF REUNION, AND IT DOES INDEED LOOK THE SAME. YOU WOULDN'T KNOW YOU WERE USING A PC BASED PROGRAM IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW IT
