Question, How does John Cary Royston become born in 1769 in Newberry SC, when Richard W. Royston appaers in the 1783 and 1784 census in Gloucester County Virginia. One John Royston son of Richard W. Royston Appears in the colonial newspaper Virginia Gazette as a 19 year old runaway in 1770 making his year of birth about 1751????
