I just received the death certificate of Daniel Rowlands who lived and died in Lima, Ohio Allen County. The following info is on the death certificate:
Daniel Rowlands Death: Aug. 18, 1912, Allen Co., Ohio
Bithdate: Feb. 4, 1837 --Wales

Father's Name: Rowland Rowlands Born: Wales
Mother's Maiden Name: Elizabeth Edward Born: Wales

And from Ancestry Plus: Elizabeth was born Oct. 22, 1803 in South Wales Entry: 38720
