Still confused. I first had Robert as the father of both Sydney and Anna Patsy, then the Books "Clan Ewing in America" and "The Ewing Genealogy with Cognate Branches" indicate that Robert's daughter Sydney married a Adam Lynn and the Martha/July/or Patsey (same person) married a John Mills. Are these incorrect. I realize just because it is in a book it is not always correct. I also had that Robert's daughter Sydney was born about 1756 and my Sydney married Macajah was born about 1776. About what birthdate do you have for Sydney?
My direct line is through Jesse Powell Rowland the son of Micajah and Sydney. He moved to Missouri about 1843 and I have quite a bit of information on him and his children. He married Rebecca Blackburn. I don't have any information on her parents, I am still looking. I have his will, census records, and land purchase records. They had 10 children and have information on them. I don't know how far you go on the related families, but would be glad to share.
I hope you can understand this. It is hard to write it and say what I intend to say.
