My Great grandfather was born in Pamrupo, NY in 1854 but resided in NYC (Brooklyn) and his father was John Rowland. Because of the Stillwell middle name, I thought there may be a connection as there is a Stillwell further back in the family. Perhaps they are cousins. I am looking for any information regarding the Rowland family.
