I was at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City and looked through several films. I searched Bedford County, Virginia for Rowland/Roland in an index then looked on the indicated films. I believe it was, Deed Books, 1754-1901 and the general indexes, 1754-1929. I do not have the exact film number with me right now. Glad if I can be of help.
