Rhonda,
My G G Grandfather was Wiley Rowland that lived in Bartow County in North GA. I was wondering if you might have any Information on this line. They lived in what is now Altoona Lake that runs along I-75. I have been told that he raised Horses and had the name of Col. (could have been nickname.) Thanks for any help that you might give. Would be happy to share any Information that I have.
