Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Thora - I do believe we have a connection!
From the 1870 Census for Henry A. and Frances R. Choate in Idaho Springs, CO, I found Eva Rowan (b. Illnois, 11 years old) living with the family and attending school. Both John B. and Rosamond Rowen were dead by February, 1864. If we have a match, then Jane Clements is probably her sister also. I have a photo off a tin-type showing Frances Rosamond (Rowen) Choate, Philomena (Rowen) Campbell, and Jane(Rowen)Clements taken about 1875. I'll be happy to correspond with you via e-mail at MCUSMC@bellsouth.net. Look forward to hearing from you!
