I am seeking futher information on James Rowden (or the Notorious Jim Rowden)who was shot by William Breeden in 1865 in Osage County, MO. I am interested on a short bio on him. Would like to know why he was "notorious".
James Rowden was born in Jersey County, IL in 1840, son of William H. Rowden.
