Will - Richard Routt Sr. Written 26 Feb. 1710/11 proved. Legatees: Son Thomas Routt 300 acres on which he now lives being formerly given to him by deed of gift. Son Richard Routt 300 acres "on which I now LIve." Also, the 200 acres which I formerly gave to my son, William Routt, now deceased, for want of a male heir (of said William), I now give to my said son, Richard Routt. Son George Routt, 250 acrs on Aquakick in Stafford Co. Granddaughter Elizabeth Routt, daughter of my deceased son William Routt, 1 shilling. Granddaughter Ann Routt, daughter to my deceased son William Routt, 1 shilling. Remainder of estate to my wife, Frances Routt, and to the four children I had by her, who are son George, daughter Mary Crosby, daughter Ann Conway, dauther Frances Routt. Whitness: Richard Wright,_____- Routt, John Bare.
