Records show William Eyres filed a headright claim in Virginia, May 1642 for a HUGH ROUT and 14 others. I am not sure the spelling is correct, and the surname might be ROUTT? I am reseaching all these headright claims. If anyone has any information as to when and how HUGH ROUT arrive in VA, please let me know. Thanks, Tony
