Well hello cousin!
Thank you for the information. I'd appreciate hearing more about the Aumiller and Weaver families. I have some information, but not a great deal.
George moved to Miegs in 1807 and bought 160 acres near Racine. Jacob lived on his fathers farm a while and later bought 1/4 of section 8 in Sutton Township.
Daniel inherited part of his father's farm. William Brooks Roush, Daniel's son lived on Horse Cave Creek Farm in Sutton Township. Daniel and his wife Ida (Shannon) were active in the the Mt.Carmel Church. I looked this area up on a map and found an Aumiller Creek that feeds Horse Cave Creek. This runs next to the Carmel cemetery. I have a family tree that says Jacob and Margaret are buried there. I'd be interested to know if other family members are there as well. Do you have any photos of the Carmel Cemetery? Clarence David Roush, Daniel's son lived on several farms including Rock Riffle, Dutch Ridge, and Shade Pike. I have a note saying they planted pine trees at Shade Pike. Do you know where any of these farms are?
